Contemplate-- I am becoming free from drug addiction. Alcohol / smoking are extremely harmful. It damages liver and the lungs. It increases the probability of heart disease and cancer. Smoking has an injurious effect on the respiratory tract. All these drugs and intoxicants are really very bad things. Now I shall never touch them.
