Be sure to look for a homebased business that you find enjoyable. Some people will determine they want to work into a homebased business only because they think the pay plan is great or they can make a lot of money. However, I have learned from experience if you do not like the industry, the service, or product of your homebased business you will not like what you have to do from day to day. I learned this with one of my first home based business ventures which was Mary Kay. Mary Kay is a great homebased business. I was part of an organization that had great training and coaching but I hated dealing with cosmetics. I tried to convince myself that because I was a male nurse and had many females working around me that I had a huge group of women who could become clients.

Although it was true I did have a lot of women that could become clients. I did start out working pretty consistent but very quickly became completely bored. There was nothing about make up that interested me. I didn't want to do home parties I didn't want to do facials. It just was not me. Therefore, that business venture failed! I never felt I was scammed the reason I did not succeed was because of me. That homebased business was just not for me. Homebased business success is always dependent on you, so be sure that you find a business that you can enjoy.
