To learn more about what to eat to be healthy check out the United States Department of Agriculture's web site. They have put together a very comprehensive section on eating right. If you have a heart condition, you might want to check out the American Heart Association's web site on how to go on a low fat, low salt diet. For diabetics, there is the American Diabetes Association's web site. If you still have questions, you should consult with your personal physician on finding a diet that is right for you.
