Affiliate Marketing - Reseller Rights

Affiliate Marketing: Reseller Rights There is a new trend sweeping the affiliate marketing scene, it is called reseller rights. Reselling the rights to a product has been around for years, but now it has also proven extremely important in the competitive affiliate market as well.

An example of Reseller rights is when a person purchases a product he not only receives the product but also the rights to sell the product. Now, each product's reseller rights are different but there are usually common guidelines. Some of the guidelines are as follows:

*You can't sell the product below a certain amount *You can't claim that you're the creator of the product *You have to follow the guidelines of and not use the product in any malicious way *You might be only able to sell the product to a select number of people (ex. 100 customers) *You have to keep the back link to the original creators web site

As you can see there are some restrictions, but for the most part it doesn't stop you from doing business effectively.

For the creator of the product it gives them added sales knowing that the customer bought the product with the added bonus of making a profit from it as well. Obviously reseller rights usually come at the end of the products cycle. Although the product is still useful it is no longer in extreme demand. So if you're looking for a great product with great opportunities check out products with reseller rights.
