What a Guy Can Do When He Has the Winter Blues

What a Guy Can Do When He Has the Winter Blues

You become cranky and argumentative, and by the time mid-winter rolls around, all you want to do is sit on the couch and watch TV. Your only thought is "I hate the winter." It's likely that you are having a bout of Seasonal Affective Disorder (or S.A.D.), a temporary depression triggered by lack of sunlight during the darkest time of the year.

What can you do when you are suffering from S.A.D. and the winter blues? We asked Dr. Walter Smitson, professor of psychiatry at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, for his advice. Here's what he had to say:

Know the symptoms. According to Dr. Smitson, 10 million people in the U.S. suffer from severe S.A.D., and another 25 to 30 million have a milder form of "winter blahs." (If your girlfriend always seems grumpier than you do, there's good reason: 75% of S.A.D. sufferers are women under 40.) In its most severe form, S.A.D. is marked by crying jags, extreme moodiness, and lack of sex drive, among other symptoms.

What can a guy do? Get out of town and I mean really out of town. The best thing you can do is go to a tropical island. Forget your cranky girlfriend. Go to an island where the girls are happy and friendly and you can bask in the sun and make love to limitless numbers of hot ladies!

How can you do this? There is a man who is the world's number 1 pick up artist and he puts on tours which are focused on meeting hot new girlfriends. No, it's not a sex tour. This man picks up the kinds of girlfriends you can take home to momma if you like. The man is a ladies man and a playboy. The good news is with Elvis Preston King at your side you can be a playboy and a ladies man too!
