Network Marketing - The first 10 steps to take with your new distributor

Getting a new distributor started in the business is crucial to your success. Having in place an easy to follow program for your distributor will help you get them on the right track. Here are 10 easy steps to follow that will boost your success of building your organization:

1. Call your new distributor the day they receive their start-up package. Remember how much the package contains and how overwhelming it can be. Build rapport with them; assure them that you will take as much time as needed to go over the materials. Let them know that you will guide them through the process.
2. Paperwork – Fill out with them all applications.
3. FIND OUT THEIR WHY (Take your time with this) Why do they want to do this? What are they looking for? What do they want from the business? Where do they want the business to take them? A person can get a part time job to pay off the bills, your job is to dig deeper and find out what they really want. Build rapport and find out more about their family, job situation, etc.Explain to them that the "HOW TO DO THE BUSINESS" is easy, once they get clear on their WHY!
4. Income Goals:
How much money would they like to earn this month? (short term) How much money would they like to earn this year? (long term) This gives you an idea of how you will be dealing with this person.
5. Time: How much time are they willing to commit to their new business? Break this down per day and per week, etc.
6. Use the product: Show how to use the product. Explain that using the product is crucial to success in the business. We are not "salesmen" but rather recommend good products to our family and friends.
7. Retail: Show them the importance of building a successful retail income.
8. DUPLICATION: You find 3 people and help them build their retail store, and they each find 3 people and help them build their retail store, and they find 3 and without going into the marketing plan, you will be making lots of money!!! Refer them to the marketing plan.
9. Invite them to the next corporate training seminar.
10. Homework: Start thinking about who you know that can use these products; who do you know that is not satisfied with their current income or occupation. DO NOT APPROACH ANYONE UNTIL YOU GET TRAINING.
