The Concept of Selling Why It's More Valuable To You Than Any Script

About 4 years ago I signed up for a network
marketing program. Great program, wonderful
business opportunity, and products, but there
was one problem.
Scripted Selling
Every entrepreneur knows that no matter what
aspect of business that you're in selling will
be a part of it.
We all need to present our products/services
in the best possible way, and for that presentation
we need to know what to say and how to say it.
The problem comes in when sales pitches get too
rehearsed, and the minute a customer gets wind
or an over-scripted sale. The possibility of them
wanting to buy your product or service drops.
Write your own scripts
Today rigid sales pitches are on the decline.
Companies are taking a more flexible view
towards selling, and with positive results.
People have come to learn that the concept
behind selling a new product of service is
worth more to the modern salesman than
the traditional "Can I help you" sales scripts
of the past.
Now home based entrepreneurs are writing their
own sales scripts, and becoming more flexible in
their sales approach. Thus avoiding the setbacks
brought on by over scripted sales techniques.
Try writing your own scripts for your business. Change
them frequently and learn which scripts work with what
personalities.
It's worth it.
