How to play Omaha Poker online.
In Omaha poker online games, each player is dealt four hole or pocket cards which they use in addition to the community cards to create a five card poker hand.
The game begins when the first two players to the left of the dealer place the small and big blind bets. Blind bets are forced bets and are placed before any cards are dealt. A small blind is equal to half the Big Blind, which would be equal to $1 at a $1/$2 Omaha poker table.
After the blinds are placed each player is dealt 4 cards face down. This round is known as the pre-flop.
Next, the flop is dealt. During this round the dealer places 3 community cards in the centre of the table.
Following the Flop is the Turn. A single card is added face up to the community cards.
The final round is known as the River. The dealer will place the last community card face up on the table.
Each player must make their best five poker hand by using exactly 2 of the 4 cards in their hand and 3 of the community cards.
