Below we set out information on buying process requirements and costs of property purchase

Financing Mortgages in Brazil are very rare because of high interest rates and most property is bought by full cash payment. In the case of Off-plan property, payment can be spread over a period of up to 5 years. It is possible to obtain mortgages through international mortgage brokers.

CPF (tax registration number) This is required to buy real estate or open bank accounts in Brazil. We will be glad to assist you in obtaining your CPF.

Bank accounts can be opened in Brazil on certain conditions and all major banks provide online banking services. We can introduce you to a Bank and help with the opening of an account for you here in Brazil.
