STATE OF MIND

If you think you CAN, then you can and if you think you CAN'T, then you can't. It's that simple. Our state of mind can be the most determining factor in the achievement of our goals. People who think positively are more likely to achieve their goals than others that think negatively. Since our state of mind can either spur us into action or it can make us admit defeat or just gives us the excuse we need to give up at the first sign of an obstacle.

The difference between a successful person and an unsuccessful person is their attitudes. A successful person believes he CAN and the unsuccessful believes he CAN'T, so he admits defeat and gives up.

We can all condition our minds to have a positive state of mind, i.e. The 'can do' attitude. We just need to remove the doubts from our minds and find out what motivates us. We are all scared of the unknown and of failure, which stops some people from even trying at all. Once we can master our fear and control our minds to think positively, then we will be able to achieve success in our daily lives.

I believe motivation is one of the key tools for achieving success. No matter how sure someone is about something there are bound to be doubts at the most trying times. It is at times like these that we need to remind ourselves of our goals and use whatever motivational tools we can to stay focused and motivated.

There are a lot of different ways we can all stay motivated. Such as reading motivational articles likes this, motivational books, or motivational quotes and other things that can personally motivate us like motivating or inspiring experiences we had or witnessed. This is why we need to get to know and be true to ones self. Personally my way of staying motivated is keeping a piece of paper with this quote "The secret of success is to NEVER NEVER NEVER, EVER give up".

Keep this in mind. Success can be yours. All you have to do is think POSITIVE, BELIEVE in yourself and ACT on your dreams and NEVER give up trying.
