The Weight Loss Procrastinator


Have you ever wondered why your life is the way it is and why you may not have everything you want?

Why it is that you haven't lost the weight you've been saying you'e going to lose, why you haven't gone to the gym in months, or why you're still struggling with weight loss.

The culprit is plain and pure procrastination. The idea of putting off tomorrow, what you are capable of doing today.

The old "I'll do it later" or "I'll do it tomorrow."

But the fact is that tomorrow never comes. Now I would bet that you have experienced procrastination before, so you definitely know what I'm talking about.

And some of you can even admit to yourself "Yep that's me, I'm a big old procrastinator." but just admitting it doesn't get you what you want, the only thing that does is relieve you for a short period of time from the guilt you feel.

In order to get any kind of results, you still have to do something.

Procrastination can drive you crazy because you dream and desire to be something or in some way different from what you currently are, and since you're being weighed down with procrastination, you're going to have a difficult time accomplishing your goal.

Now to how this can kill you. The longer you wait to do something about your weight or your health, the worse and worse it can get.

When you put off your health and losing the weight you need to, you're putting yourself in a bad position long term because the harder and harder the task becomes, the less likely you'll be to want to do it.

But the good news is, there's a solution for you to end procrastination forever! And I'm going to give you that secret right now.

The first step is to find a way to hold yourself accountable. This can be hiring yourself a life coach or personal trainer that will do whatever it takes to keep you focused and on track.

You must make sure this coach won't let you get away with anything. If they let you slip once, they'll let you slip again...and at that point there's almost no use in having one at all.

There are other ways to hold yourself accountable like getting a friend to work out with you, making a bet with someone else, or raising money for your favorite charity based on your results.

The second and most important step is putting your plan into action. And doing it TODAY, not tomorrow... not when you have more time...Right NOW.

Remember, as we've said before, tomorrow never comes. If you wait on this you'll forget, you'll find something more important to do, or just quit all together.

Don't fall into the trap that the majority of people do that keeps them from ever reaching their goals. You have the opportunity right now to make your dream weight happen...will you take action...or just let it slip by out of your hands.
